  • Basic Kill Fee - Beef/Hog = $70 per head                       ($75 if over 1000#)

  • Basic Processing Fee - Beef/Hog = .75 lb                        (.80 = 800 to 999# & .85 = over 1000#) *for heat seal wrap x2

  • Basic Kill/Processing Fee - Goat/Lamb/Sheep = $125 per head

  • Make Specialty Cuts (ex: crown roast)= $5.00 each item

  • Split Fee (if animal is being divided into quarters**IMPORTANT NOTE: the whole half will need to be cut exactly the same) = additional .10 per lb

  • De-bone fee (strips, fillet, etc) = .05 per lb (Beef/Hog)              $5 head (Lamb/Sheep/Goat)

  • Single Package Steaks = $30 per side (Beef/Hog)

  • Offal Charge = $10 per side (Beef)                                           $5 per head (Lamb/Sheep/Goat)

  • Organ Processing Change = $5 per head

  • Vacuum Packaging = $1.10 per lb

  • Pork Sausage Seasoning = $5.00 per 25 lb of meat

  • Link Making Fee = $2.20 per lb

  • Patty Making Fee = $2.00 per lb

  • Cured Meat = $1.50 per lb

  • Brat Making Fee = $2.25 per lb (Regular/Hot)                     $2.85 per lb (Cheese/Apple)                                           $2.85 per lb (Cheese & Jap)
